Work closely with three young students, applying your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create a positive and inclusive environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required
  • Prior background as a paraprofessional or behavior specialist, preferably in a school setting (school experience is a plus but not required)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
