We are seeking an experienced climber that is a team player and is interested in continuing to develop their career and benefit the careers of their coworkers.ย  Pay will depend upon ability and speed without sacrificing safety and quality.ย  For this position we will consider a range of experience from experienced apprentice climbers to seasoned veteran production climbers.

Responsibilities:
  • Climbing, pruning, and removing trees/shrubs on residential, commercial, and municipal properties.
  • Properly care for, maintain, and safely operate all tools and equipment.
  • Comply with safety and documentation requirements (such as job briefings, vehicle and equipment inspections, etc) as management requests.
  • Ensure high quality work and customer service
Qualifications:
  • โ€œCan doโ€ attitude and fits in well with a team.ย  High integrity.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to comply with ANSI Z133 safety standards.
  • Climbing experience utilizing rope and saddle, knowledge of common climbing/rigging knots, chainsaw operation, and chipper operation.
  • Ability to prune to ANSI A300 specifications or willingness to learn and comply with the standard.
  • Experience driving (and backing up) commercial vehicles with trailers.ย  CDL license a plus, but not required.
  • Aerial lift experience a plus.
  • Certified Arborist a plus.
