A Day in the Life:
Join the Monster Energy team as the Sr. Director of Independent Vending Wholesale, where you'll be at the forefront of driving explosive growth and amplifying our market presence in the Independent Vending and Wholesale sectors. As a key player in our team, you'll craft and execute cutting-edge strategies that not only strengthen our market dominance but also fuel sales growth of our electrifying portfolio of core and innovative products.
The Impact You'll Make:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and market share in the independent vending and wholesale channels
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, vending operators, and wholesale partners, to ensure total alignment and expansion of the total portfolio, inclusive of innovation
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales performance metrics timely. Implement corrective actions and strategies with great sense of urgency to achieve sales targets and business objectives
