Forget about blending in. That's not our style. We're the risk takers, the trailblazers, the gamechangers. We're not perfect and we don't pretend to be. We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional. Our drive is just like our athletes, unrivaled. The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career. It's not just about what we do, but about who we become on along the way. We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.

  • Define the strategic customer framework and joint business planning standards that guide how Monster Energy invests in and grows its most critical retail and foodservice relationships.
  • Lead product lifecycle management, including retirement strategies and exit plans, to reduce complexity and drive consistent execution on the most productive items across the system; execute new product commercial readiness and launch execution standards to improve innovation speed to market and reduce execution risk.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure commercial strategies and capabilities are fully integrated and operationally executable across the business; align the North America Coca-Cola bottler system to ensure Monster Energy, bottlers, and retailers move in sync.
  • Identify and address market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and category trends to sharpen strategic priorities and ensure Monster Energy stays ahead of shifts in the marketplace.
  • Lead business case development and investment recommendations for new commercial initiatives, packages, channel expansions, and strategic partnerships to enable confident, data-backed decision-making at the executive level.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team, establishing clear accountability structures and coaching team members to grow their strategic, analytical, and planning capabilities; maintain commercial performance measurement frameworks that give leadership clear, real-time visibility into progress against key growth objectives.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Strategy, Marketing, or a related field required. MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • More than 10 years of experience in strategic leadership, commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, and business development

  • Working knowledge of Nielsen and/or IRI syndicated data platforms.
  • Strong command of commercial planning processes and financial modeling tools.
  • Proven experience developing and executing commercial strategies in a consumer goods, beverage, or high-growth consumer brand environment
