This is your opportunity to deliver high-quality, family-centered care in a collaborative environment that values efficiency and innovation. With a shift-based model, minimal weekend commitments, and no call responsibilities, you’ll enjoy true work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on children’s health. Our expanding division offers stability, growth, and access to more than 50 pediatric subspecialists. Opportunity Highlights

· Flexible shift-based schedule: 3–3.5 shifts/week, 11-hour shifts

· Minimal weekend and holiday commitments

· No call responsibilities—clean handoffs and efficient workflows
