We're looking for someone who can identify what needs to be done and drive it independently, while working effectively within a small team as well as across a large, cross-functional organization.

Key Responsibilities can include:

  • Perform opportunity sizing and whitespace analysis to identify growth areas

Product Commercialization

  • Own end-to-end product launches for HCM and Payroll, from planning through post-launch measurement
  • Partner with Pricing and GTM on packaging, tiering, and monetization input
  • Build and maintain core sales enablement content — decks, one-pagers, demo guides, FAQs
  • Define launch success metrics and track post-launch adoption

Product Operations & Project Management

  • Serve as an operational hub for product marketing: manage intake, prioritization, and content calendars
  • Build and maintain project tracking systems that keep launches and campaigns on schedule
  • Coordinate across Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure cross-functional alignment and on‑time delivery
  • Create scalable templates and repeatable processes that increase team output and consistency

Business & Product Influence

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related field (SaaS/B2B strongly preferred); HCM, Payroll, or HR tech experience a plus
  • Hands‑on content creator — comfortable building slides, one‑pagers, and enablement assets yourself
  • Strong project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing deadlines
  • Self‑starter who can identify what needs to be done and execute without waiting for direction
  • Strong cross‑functional collaborator — comfortable working across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong storytelling instincts
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Confluence, Jira , or similar) a plus
Success in This Role Looks Like
  • HCM and Payroll products clearly positioned in market with materials Sales uses to win deals
  • Product launches executed on time with measurable adoption impact
