What are some of the unique aspects of working as a Monday through Friday RN compared to traditional shift-based nursing roles?

A Monday through Friday RN position typically offers more predictable hours and a structured workweek, often in settings such as clinics, schools, or administrative roles. This schedule allows for a better work-life balance compared to traditional hospital shifts, which may include nights, weekends, or holidays.
