Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to join their care team in Howell, Michigan. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional hospice care, support patients and families, and ensure timely, accurate documentation. This position is ideal for an RN who is committed to providing meaningful, patient‑centered care during one of the most important phases of life.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher
  • 2+ years of Hospice experience
  • 1+ year of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Other EMR systems TruChart EHR
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
  • Valid RN Compact License
  • ANY of the following certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
