Post Processing Technician III
Processing Department | Full-Time | 1st Shift
Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $24-$26/hour

We're looking for a Post Processing Technician III to join our Post Processing Team and help lead daily post-harvest cannabis operations. What You'll Do
In this role, you'll help oversee daily processing operations while actively participating in production activities. Working closely with the Post Processing Supervisors, you'll support team performance, maintain quality standards, and help ensure production goals are met. Daily tasks may include:
  • Leading and supporting daily processing activities
  • Training and mentoring new team members
  • Coordinating workflow and task assignments
  • Overseeing trimming, bucking, sorting, inspections, and curing activities
  • Monitoring product quality and reporting concerns
  • Assisting with inventory tracking and documentation
  • Supporting scheduling and production planning efforts
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and compliant work areas
  • Assisting with the development and improvement of standard operating procedures
  • Reporting equipment issues or maintenance concerns

Leadership, communication, and attention to detail are important parts of this role.
