Cookie Depositor/Donut Fryer (Full-Time)

Bethel Bakery | Bethel Park, PA

$15-$16/hour |Monday-Friday | 6 AM-2 PM

Are you an early riser who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Bethel Bakery is hiring a full-time Cookie Depositor/Donut Fryer to help create our delicious cookies and donuts.

Come be part of something sweet! Join our family-owned and operated bakery that’s been baking life sweeter since 1955. If you take pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate bakery equipment to produce a variety of cookies and donuts
  • Proof and fry donuts to perfection
  • Use a cookie cranking machine to portion dough consistently
  • Bake cookies in rack and deck ovens
  • Ensure baked goods meet quality standards for size, weight, and appearance
  • Monitor inventory of cookies and donuts and plan production as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Baking/pastry training or scratch bakery experience preferred, but not required
  • Passion for creating high-quality baked goods, in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with co-workers
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs., and work on your feet throughout your shift
  • Comfortable working around varying temperatures, including heat from ovens and cold from coolers/freezers.
