Il Buco Commissary, the East Hampton bakery and newest member of the il Buco family, is growing our team. Rooted in the tradition of the beloved il Buco restaurants, our bakery focuses on artisanal techniques, high-quality ingredients, and thoughtful hospitality.

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hardworking bread Delivery Driver to support overnight deliveries from our East Hampton commissary to New York City locations, wholesale accounts, cafés, and destinations across the Hamptons. This role is essential to ensuring our breads, pastries, and baked goods arrive fresh, on time, and handled with care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys independent work, takes pride in being dependable, and wants to be part of a collaborative and growing food business.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company delivery vehicles between East Hampton, NYC, and Hamptons destinations
  • Complete overnight delivery routes on schedule
  • Load, unload, organize, and transport bakery products with care and attention to quality
  • Verify orders, delivery quantities, and invoices before departure
  • Communicate professionally with bakery staff, restaurant teams, and wholesale clients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and loading areas
  • Assist with packing, staging, and organizing deliveries when needed
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and driving regulations
  • Report any vehicle, delivery, or product issues promptly to management
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable driving long distances, including overnight routes into NYC
