Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the comfort and convenience of working from your own space while aligning with our vision of accessible healthcare. As part of a community health clinic, you will operate within a collaborative and supportive environment. We utilize advanced telehealth technology, such as live video sessions and an easy-to-use electronic medical record (EMR) system integrated with treatment software, ensuring that your documentation and care delivery are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly, evidence-based care through live video sessions with individual adult clients, employing a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to support treatment goals.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
  • Utilize automatically administered self-assessments of symptoms and functional improvement to create dynamic treatment plans that adapt to client needs.
  • Access ongoing support and consultation from leadership and peers during clinical drop-in hours to enhance your practice and address challenging cases.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients, including those from high-risk backgrounds. You will engage with a diverse range of mental health disorders, ensuring that all clients receive care that is culturally responsive and tailored to their unique situations. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work, with valid licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT from an accredited program.

  • A genuine commitment to treating diverse populations and a deep understanding of various mental health issues.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by bonus opportunities based on performance.
