Position Responsibilities Load balls into molds; pressurize molds as required; place molds into oven, bake.

Remove and open molds, visually check for appearance-adherence to specs. Follow work schedule-oral and written. Complete required maintenance reports and records.

Knowledge and Experience Required One (1) year of related work experience. Demonstrated basic math, reading, and writing skills. Good communication skills.

Ability to operate machinery. Ability to read and understand digital, needlepoint, and other gauges. Problem-solving skills.

Decision-making skills. Preferred One (1) to two (2) years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
