Overview:

Weโ€™re seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at a leading plastic injection molding. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and optimize injection molding processes to meet production goals
  • Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and scrap
  • Monitor and analyze production data to drive efficiency and quality improvements
  • Support new tool startups, sample runs, and process validations
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
  • Assist with equipment selection, setup, and preventive maintenance planning


Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) OR equivalent technical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in plastic injection molding process engineering
  • Strong understanding of mold setup, process optimization, and materials
  • Knowledge of scientific molding principles is a plus
  • Experience with RJG, Decoupled Molding, or similar methodologies preferred
