About the Role:

The Injection Molding Technician plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This position ensures that production runs efficiently, meeting both quality standards and production schedules. The technician will troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and make necessary adjustments to optimize machine performance. Collaboration with quality control and engineering teams is essential to implement process improvements and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall success of the manufacturing operation by delivering consistent, defect-free products on time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating injection molding machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, work orders, and process instructions.

  • Assist in various maintenance functions including but not limited to preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on all injection molding equipment.
