About the Role:

The Injection Molding Technician plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. The technician will troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and make necessary adjustments to optimize machine performance. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall success of the manufacturing operation by delivering consistent, defect-free products on time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating injection molding machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, work orders, and process instructions.
