Mold Coordinator

Dry Force | Irving, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Dry Force is looking for a highly organized Mold Coordinator to join our Mold & Asbestos Department. In this role, you'll coordinate mold projects, manage insurance approvals, communicate with homeowners, and work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure projects move efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate mold projects from start to finish.
  • Generating estimates for Mold remediation projects.
  • Manage insurance approvals and follow up to keep projects moving forward.
  • Communicate with homeowners throughout the mold remediation process, providing updates and answering questions.
  • Coordinate scheduling between homeowners, technicians, internal teams, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking reports, and approvals.
  • Organize project communications, emails, and required documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays or outstanding items.
  • Ensure project files remain compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with project budgeting and monitor approved scopes of work.
  • Support the Mold & Asbestos Department with additional coordination and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance representatives, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
  • Experience in restoration, construction, environmental services, or project coordination is preferred.
  • Xactimate Level 1 Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within90 days of employment.
