SHIFT/SCHEDULE:  

This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.  

  

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:  
To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4-5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.  

POSITION SUMMARY: 

As a Senior Operator, you'll help power the world's most loved brands - delivering quality, care, and consistency in every product we make. You'll take the lead in more complex manufacturing tasks, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently while collaborating across teams. Your work will bring our trusted products to life and help grow our culture of respect, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence. 

This role will support our Mogul Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery 

  • Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards 

  • Operate automated systems using Human Machine Interface (HMI) technology 

  • Perform in-process checks and quality inspections 

  • Accurately scale and measure ingredients 

  • Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets 

  • Collaborate across departments to meet production goals 

  • Follows safety rules, SOP's and cGMP guidelines 

  • Perform other duties as assigned 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • High school diploma or GED preferred 

  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred 

  • Able to read, write, and understand English 

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift 

SKILLS: 

  • Understanding of basic manufacturing equipment and inventory processes 

  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and other digital tools 

  • Basic math skills and mechanical understanding 

  • Team-oriented and dependable 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens 

  • Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
