We are building a team of sales associates to market our modular homes built to be durable, affordable and ready to last a lifetime. As a licensed Factory Built Builder adhering to IRC codes and exceeding planning and zoning requirements, we focus on residential modular homes, commercial modular buildings, and custom modular solutions. Join our staff to help spread the word and make home ownership a reality for everyone through expert client engagement and tailored sales approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and provide thorough product knowledge on modular homes
  • Negotiate sales and manage order processing efficiently
  • Generate leads and conduct client consultations to understand needs
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain follow-up and build long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams while working independently

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
