Zone Sales Manager

Our manufactured homes, modular homes, mobile homes, park models, and commercial modular buildings can be found throughout the United States and western Canada.

Summary: Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prospects, qualifies and closes new accounts, new Retailers, Builders, Developers, and communities.
  • Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.
  • Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.
  • Demonstrates products with ability to feature benefit.
  • Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability, construction etc.
  • Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.
  • Assists in the process of shipment/delivery of homes and collection of payment in a timely manner.
  • Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.
  • Must qualify prospective customers to get them approved by corporate credit.

  • Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Previous sales experience in manufactured/modular housing desired
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
