KR Companies is looking for a dependable and hands-on Modular Home Installer & Finisher to join our growing installation team. In this role, you'll play a key part in setting up and finishing modular and manufactured homes on-site-ensuring every home is safe, secure, and move-in ready. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

  • Set up and install modular and manufactured homes on-site
  • Block, level, and secure homes according to state and HUD regulations
  • Install tie-down systems to ensure structural stability
  • Connect and test utility lines, including gas, water, and sewer systems
  • Perform exterior finishing work such as skirting and trim installation
  • Complete interior finishing tasks including doors, flooring, cabinetry, and drywall patching
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout each project
  • Ensure quality and compliance with building codes and company standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Experience in mobile or modular home installation preferred (1 year minimum ideal)
  • General construction, plumbing, or mechanical skills required
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy materials and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
