Full Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Framer โ€“ Walls for a modular home manufacturer in Cuero, TX. This position works in a structured indoor production environment building residential homes year-round โ€” no weather delays or rain-outs.

This role focuses on wall framing and structural assembly in a fast-paced production setting.


Essential Functions

โ€ข Frame and assemble interior and exterior walls
โ€ข Read and interpret blueprints accurately
โ€ข Measure, cut, and install framing materials
โ€ข Ensure structural integrity and proper alignment
โ€ข Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
โ€ข Maintain quality and safety standards


Skills & Competencies

โ€ข Proven framing experience
โ€ข Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately
โ€ข Blueprint reading skills
โ€ข Strong attention to detail
โ€ข Ability to work efficiently in a production environment


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
