Job Summary
Classified Substitute positions (Bilingual/Spanish) are on an as needed basis. These positions are not permanent.
Knowledge of: Modern office methods and procedures; Correct English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation; Basic mathematics.
Ability to: Learn procedures and routines of the assigned area; Sort and file accurately and locate material in files; Learn to operate various types of office machines; Receive and give routine information over the telephone or in public, in a courteous manner; Perform arithmetic calculations with accuracy; Read, write and/or speak Spanish desirable; Understand and carry out oral and written instructions; Work cooperatively with those contacted in the course of work;
