Job description

A Part Time Fit Model is expected to try on an assortment of samples and work with the Technical Design team to execute all fittings.

To be considered for the next step in the interview process, applicants must submit their current body measurements as part of their application.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the tech design team and cross-functional team members to ensure that all product fit intent and standards are met.

  • Verbally and effectively communicate any fit challenges about the timeline, cost, functionality, and product alignment.

  • Process through samples within the allocated time assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Maintain measurements in accordance with fit model requirements.

    • Height: 5'7" - 5'8"

    • Bust: 34" - 34 1/2"

    • Waist: 27” - 27 1/2"

    • Hip: 37" - 37 1/2"

  • Prior fit modeling experience and understanding of Lulus’ body profile standards.

  • Knowledge of Lulus clothing and products is preferred.

  • Strong time management skills, with an ability to operate with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and accuracy of work.

  • Excellent communication; written, oral, and group facilitation.

  • Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and managers at all times.

  • Work well under pressure. Meet multiple, and sometimes competing deadlines.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.
