We're looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to support complex mission critical projects through model coordination, QA/QC, Revit support, and BIM standards management across multidisciplinary teams.
This role partners closely with engineering teams to help maintain healthy, organized, and coordinated model environments throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a highly collaborative role focused on design-side BIM coordination and model management.
Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain Revit models across multiple mission critical projects
  • Work within large, collaborative model environments with multiple linked disciplines
  • Partner closely with MEP engineering teams to support project execution from concept through construction
  • Perform model QA/QC reviews at project milestones to ensure model health, integrity, and compliance with BIM standards
  • Support coordination workflows and assist with clash detection/resolution across disciplines
  • Troubleshoot complex Revit and model-related issues across projects
  • Help maintain BIM standards, templates, workflows, and best practices
  • Ensure models and deliverables remain organized, accurate, and aligned with project requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the BIM practice

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on Revit experience within engineering, architecture, or construction environments
  • Strong experience working within multidisciplinary MEP model environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit with deep understanding of model setup, coordination, and management workflows
  • Experience working across multiple linked models in collaborative project environments
  • Familiarity with model QA/QC processes and BIM standards management
  • Experience supporting coordination workflows across disciplines
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities within Revit/model environments
  • Understanding of project lifecycle phases including design and construction administration support
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills working with technical teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Background within a consulting engineering environment
  • Experience developing BIM standards, templates, or families
  • Exposure to mission critical/data center projects
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and coordination workflows
  • BIM certifications (Autodesk Certified Professional, CM-BIM, etc.)

Compensation
$110,000 - $130,000+ (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skills and/or location)
