Job Summary for Sr. Mobile Device Management Engineer (Intune/Azure) – Brooklyn, NY
- Design & Deploy Intune Solutions: Architect and implement Intune-based MDM/MAM environments in Microsoft Azure, focusing on security, scalability, and compliance.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of Intune architecture, operational procedures, and best practices.
- Monitoring & Analysis: Set up and manage monitoring for Intune using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, etc.; analyze logs/metrics for trends, anomalies, and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaboration & Compliance: Work with IT security, compliance, and operations teams to ensure Intune deployments align with security policies and compliance standards; support audits with necessary documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and integrate new Intune/Azure features to enhance device management and security; regularly review/update deployment strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Technical Guidance: Lead technical design/strategy sessions; provide expertise on integrating Intune with Azure/on-premises environments; create architectural diagrams using tools like Visio.
- Project Execution: Manage and execute projects to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Deliver training and knowledge sessions on Intune capabilities and best practices to enhance team expertise.
- Preferred Certifications: AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals, MD-102 Endpoint Administrator (not mandatory, but a plus).
- Experience Required: 5+ years in MDM solutions and 5+ years in customer service/client-facing roles.
- Skills Required: Proficiency in Intune and Azure tools, strong communication skills, and detail-oriented approach focusing on process and quality.
- Work Arrangement: Long-term (24 months), onsite in Brooklyn, NY; 7-hour workday.
