About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobility Engineering Co-Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and co-managing our Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) environment, ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of mobile solutions across the organization. In addition, this candidate will lead the Macintosh JAMF environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Mobility Engineering team to deliver high-quality mobile solutions
  • Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Intune MDM and MAM environments and the JAMF Macintosh environment.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for mobile device management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement mobile solutions that meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices, applications, and Intune MDM/MAM and JAMF environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to mobile device management processes and procedures.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends O2and emerging technologies in the mobility space, Macintosh space, and Jamf.
  • Provide Tier 1-3 onsite and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
  • Support engineering and productivity applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, CAD/engineering software)
  • Provision, image, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user computing devices
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets including inventory, deployment, repair, replacement, and recovery
  • Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, device connectivity)
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within IT Operations

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing MACs and Windows systems alike
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Working knowledge of JAMF, Intune, MDM, and Tanium
  • Plan and lead major technology assignments.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a full and/or partial remote environment with limited supervision and may lead others.
  • Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
  • Create, test, and deploy macOS configuration profiles, software packages, and OS and third-party software updates and patch management.
  • Act as an escalation point (Tier 3) for complex macOS, application, and network issues.
  • Manage the entire device lifecycle, from provisioning (Apple Business Manager/Zero Touch) to decommissioning.
  • Jamf Administration: Configure, manage, and maintain the Jamf Pro platform (policies, configuration profiles, smart groups, and extension attributes).

Compensation

The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.

In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial's Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
