Job Summary:
Veracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Systems Engineer Intune specializing in Mobile Device Management. The role involves designing and implementing MDM solutions, managing application deployment, and collaborating with various teams to enhance mobile technology capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Design and Implement MDM Solutions: Architect and deploy robust MDM solutions using tools like Microsoft Intune, SOTI MobiControl, and Zoom Device Manager. You'll also manage the lifecycle of our Apple devices through Apple Business Manager (DEP/VPP).
• Manage Application Deployment: Oversee the entire application lifecycle, from packaging and deployment to ongoing maintenance for both third-party and custom Line of Business (LOB) applications.
• Evaluate New Technologies: Proactively research and assess new mobile technologies and platforms to enhance our capabilities and keep our systems on the cutting edge.
• Develop and Implement Standards: Establish and enforce technical standards for all mobile devices, ensuring security, efficiency, and a consistent user experience across our retail stores, corporate offices, and distribution centers.
• Collaborate and Partner: Work closely with the End User Support and Infrastructure Delivery Teams to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Provide insightful data and metrics on device performance and usage to guide strategic decision-making and proactively solve problems before they impact the business.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including Intune, SOTI MobiControl, or Zoom Device Manager.
• Strong expertise in iOS, iPadOS, and Android device management, as well as experience with specialized RF handheld devices (Zebra, Client).
• Strong scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell, for automating tasks and managing device configurations at scale.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile device security best practices and a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across different teams and departments.
• A passion for solving complex problems and a track record of innovation.
