Job description

Job Title: Mobile Device Support Specialist

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices.
  • Set up, configure, and deploy mobile devices for new and existing users.
  • Manage devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron).
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Enforce security policies including remote wipe, encryption, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Track and maintain an inventory of mobile assets.
  • Assist with device procurement and contract management with vendors/carriers.
  • Document support processes, FAQs, and issue resolutions.
  • Educate end users on mobile device best practices and security guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in mobile device support or IT help desk.
  • Experience supporting iOS, Android, and Windows-based devices.
  • Experience in MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or AirWatch.
  • Understanding of mobile operating systems, Wi-Fi connectivity, and VPN setup.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide timely resolutions.
  • Experience in enterprise environments and Microsoft 365 mobile integration.
  • Knowledge of Apple DEP, Android Enterprise, and device enrollment programs.
  • Experience in ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
