Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Engineer / Technical Lead to serve as a senior

engineering resource supporting enterprise mobility platforms and mobile device

management solutions. This role will partner closely with Product Management, Security,

Infrastructure, and Executive Support teams to design, implement, and support modern

mobility services across iOS and Android environments.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise with Microsoft Intune, Enterprise

Mobility Management (EMM/UEM), mobile security, and automation. This individual

will also serve as a senior escalation resource supporting executive and VIP user

populations during Houston business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft Intune solutions for corporate-owned

and BYOD mobile devices.

• Develop and maintain MDM/MAM policies, compliance configurations,

enrollment profiles, and application deployment strategies.

• Lead mobility modernization initiatives and platform enhancements.

• Support Apple iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise device management

environments.

• Implement and maintain mobile security controls including:

o Microsoft Defender

o Conditional Access

o Microsoft Purview DLP

o Microsoft Entra ID integrations

• Act as Level 3 escalation support for complex mobility incidents and executive

support requests.

• Partner directly with VIP users and leadership teams to resolve critical mobility

issues.

• Design and automate mobility services using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API,

and Intune automation capabilities.

• Support platform upgrades, migrations, testing activities, and new technology

adoption.

• Create operational documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge

articles.

• Provide technical leadership and recommendations regarding mobility strategy

and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years supporting Enterprise Mobility platforms.

• Hands-on Microsoft Intune administration experience.

• Strong experience with:

o iOS/iPadOS Device Management

o Android Enterprise

o Mobile Device Management (MDM)

o Mobile Application Management (MAM)

o BYOD and Corporate-Owned Device programs

• Experience implementing Conditional Access and security compliance policies.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Experience managing Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device

Enrollment (ADE).

• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

• Experience supporting executive and VIP user communities.
