Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using Java and Python.
  • Collaborating with business analysts, UX designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implementing and maintaining APIs for seamless integration between different systems.
  • Optimizing application performance, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software defects, ensuring a high level of quality and reliability.
  • Working with relational and MySQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
  • Following best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Staying updated with emerging technologies and recommending enhancements to existing applications, process time, and supporting legal mandates.
  • Working with Microservices
  • Front end development using Angular
  • Familiarity with Source code management and integration (ex - GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins)
  • Working in an Agile environment
