Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Documenting epics and user stories for features and enhancements, ensure tasks and subtasks are created by respective technology team members and tracked regularly.
  • Vet scope, requirements, use case/user scenario, test case documents and design specifications, in partnership with Product managers, UX, Architecture, Development and QA.
  • Follow Agile Scrum process. Track epics and stories completion to project timelines, help identify risks and dependencies, escalate to Product manager for timely resolution
  • Conduct feature testing before release, review results with Product manager and Scrum team and drive next steps
  • Help with release management coordination across teams including approvals, release notes, internal communication etc.
  • Tracking feature related metrics and provide regular reporting on crucial features
  • Carry out market and feature research, to help with product roadmaps and priorities.
  • Effectively work with cross-functional teams comprised of both business roles and technical development during the life cycle of product development
  • Partner with IT on development, testing & implementation plans, as well as internal communications & deployment plans
  • Proactively identify issues and work with internal partners to understand options and execute solve
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years working in an Agile development environment in a business or techno-functional role. Including using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.
  • 3+ years of Digital experience (Mobile experience mandatory)
  • Priori experience in Content Management and Web/Mobile analytics
  • Exposure in Product management, including ideation to execution, and launch to maintain.
  • Strong business and analytical mindset . Good in requirement elicitation and documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
