Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision. Develop and manage roadmaps for IT applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, business objectives, and long-term sustainability
  • Operate as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment across teams
  • Lead backlog refinement and prioritization for technical features, application enhancements, and infrastructure capabilities. Balance technical debt, scalability, and business value
  • Gather insights from internal users and stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities to translate feedback into actionable technical solutions
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams to ensure successful delivery of technical products and facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks
  • Define and track product KPIs and OKRs that measure application performance, reliability, and business impact. Use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Drive innovation in technical product offerings
  • Ensure technical products align with architectural standards, enterprise priorities, and long-term strategic goals. Make trade-offs that optimize for scalability and sustainability

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting analytics implementation, digital product measurement or data collection for native mobile applications
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical analytics requirements or user stories
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric and Celebrus
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK or comparable iOS and Android analytics SDK implementations
  • Experience defining mobile app data collection requirements, event taxonomies, data dictionaries, and measurement frameworks
  • Understanding of native mobile app development and release processes across iOS and Android
  • Experience supporting A/B tests on mobile applications, including experiment exposure tracking, variant identification, conversion measurement, and result validation
  • Experience with mobile analytics debugging, proxy, or validation tools
  • Knowledge of customer journey analysis, funnel analysis, feature adoption, engagement, conversion, and behavioral analytics
  • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, APIs, data layers, or analytics data pipelines
  • Understanding of privacy, consent and data governance considerations for mobile analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies while meeting delivery commitments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to tailor technical information for different audiences
  • Ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Data Engineering, Analytics and vendor partners

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field
