  • Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
  • Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
  • Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
  • Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

  • Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
  • Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing SRM’s values on every job.
  • Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, “Go-Getter” attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
  • Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
