We are seeking a Mitigation Field Supervisor to join our team at Rainbow Restoration of Chesapeake. In this role, you will oversee restoration projects on site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You leadership will be crucial in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

As a Mitigation Field Supervisor, you are a key team member responsible for the restoration of residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by water, smoke, fire, debris, or other methods of damage. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and can manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and can
effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  • Coordinate with team members to execute water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration tasks
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the scope of work required for each project
  • Manage project timeliness and communicate progress updates to clients
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in the restoration industry
  • Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively while maintain safety standards
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational for job efficiency
  • Manage a team of 2 - 4 technicians
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:
  • Proved experience in the restoration industry or a related field is required
  • Strong knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration processes
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Familiarity with safety regulations related to restoration work
  • Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Valid Driver's License
