Job description

Markon is building a talent pool of Mission Support Administrators to support future Intelligence Community customer missions. This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify qualified candidates to manage, execute, and troubleshoot complex end-to-end (E2E) workflow processes and provide comprehensive administrative and program support. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings aligned to mission and operational support priorities.


  • Manage, execute, and troubleshoot complex end-to-end (E2E) workflow processes or programs.
  • Independently coordinate the resolution of issues across multiple work units.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a work unit, project, program, or functional area.
  • Interpret and apply established policies and regulations to unique situations and circumstances.
  • Perform complex, diverse work with minimal supervision.
  • Manage, organize, schedule, create, and execute complex E2E workflow processes or programs.

Specific duties and responsibilities may include:

  • Administrative Workflow Management
  • Quality Assurance/Process Improvement
  • Office Management
  • Integrated Support Using IT Applications

  • A minimum of four (4) years of prior administrative support or comparable experience, demonstrating increased levels of complexity and responsibility in the areas of problem solving, working independently maturity, judgment, and initiative. Applicable higher education may be substituted for up to one (1) year of work experience.
  • Bachelors Degree or Associates Desired
  • Subject Matter Expertise sufficient to interpret and apply established policies, procedures, and guidelines to unique situations or under unique circumstances
  • Extensive knowledge of Agency and IC administrative processes and procedures related to area of assignment
  • Extensive knowledge of assignment-specific internal administrative support applications• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Basic understanding of Project Management fundamentals
  • Analytical skills sufficient to assess and interpret highly complex information from multiple sources
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Writing skills sufficient to compose original, non-template, clear and concise moderately complex written products

USD $80,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
