Markon is seeking a Mission Support Administrator to support our Intelligence Customer by providing administrative or office management support to a group, office, program or project.


  • Provide administrative or office management support to a group, office, program, or project.

  • Coordinate and execute administrative support functions to ensure efficient and orderly operations.

  • Support the work of teams or leadership under general supervision.

Specific duties and responsibilities may include:

  • Administrative Support
  • Integrated Support Using IT Applications
  • Process/Workflow Management
  • Quality Assurance

  • Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph
  • 1-2 years of prior administrative support or comparable experience, demonstrating increased levels of complexity and responsibility in the areas of problem solving, work independently, maturity, judgement, and initiative.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical skills sufficient to assess moderately complex information from multiple sources
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to deliver informational type briefings to various audiences
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Established policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Working knowledge of Agency and IC admin processes and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Agency and IC structure, regulations, policies and protocols

USD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
