Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
  • ย Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for RIM applications.
  • ย Experience with integrating RIM applications with other enterprise systems.
  • ย Familiarity with system administration tasks, including system configuration and performance monitoring.
  • ย Applicant should have a general understanding and experience with the following components or similar technologies: Case Foundation (workflow), Content Manager (document repository), andย  ย Enterprise Records Foundation (retention management).
