Qualifications

Required: Bachelor"s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Analysis,
Criminal Justice, International Relations, or similar field;
Desired: Post-graduate degree - Masters Degree in MIS, Business
Analysis, Administration, Political Science, International Studies, or
similar;
a Required: 2-3 years of work experience in an
international financial services firm within control (compliance, audit,
and risk), operations, testing, or related role;
a Strong background in Global Economic Sanctions preferred;
a Strong knowledge of general banking operations and products;
a Ability to conceptualize understanding the end to end process and screening ecosystem;
a Excellent analytical ability and strong decision-making skills to assess of information under review;
a Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to clearly articulate issues;
a Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively with minimum level of supervision;
a Team worker, able to effectively interact with superiors and peers in a dynamic but respectful exchange of ideas;
a Flexible, able to be productive delivering in a fast paced and ever changing environment;
a Extensive knowledge of data mining, data analytics and reporting;
a
Advanced/proficient working knowledge of database management tools such
as SQL; Java programming for data automation, and VBA/Macros
a
Excellent computer skills including advanced/proficient ability to work
with Excel, SharePoint, Collaborate, Access, and additional Microsoft
Office products;
a Attention to detail without losing the big picture and ability to illustrate workflows through Visio;
