Job description

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Business Analyst Officer/Sr. Business Analyst Officer to join the Design and Development Department.  This role supports PrecisionLender and Salesforce applications as a technical system administrator and business analyst. Responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of existing, new, or enhanced platforms specific to the Retail, Commercial and Wholesale Banking Groups.  This role will require you to leverage key system data to visualize, articulate, and solve problems and concepts, and report to management on a periodic basis.  You may also lead/facilitate in the review business and application processes to improve efficiency and drive stakeholder awareness. 

 
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is $75,700 - $107,000/yr; commensurate with experience.

The level of the role will be determined by the hiring manager.


Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information System (MIS), Business, Finance or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business analyst, system development and/or project management experience

  • May substitute Masters or higher degree for 2 years of experience

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify organizational and workflow challenges; and support change and improvement outcomes aligned with the vision, strategy, and priorities

  • Experience working externally with third parties who support mission critical processes and deliverables

  • Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry, commercial loans, and related products preferred
