Job description

We are seeking an experienced HL7 Mirth Connect Developer with strong FHIR expertise to design, develop, and support healthcare interoperability solutions.
Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with HL7 v2.x, Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect), and healthcare integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with FHIR (R4 preferred), REST APIs, and JSON/XML.
  • Strong knowledge of interface development, message transformation, routing, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience integrating with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HL7, CCD/C-CDA, X12, and DICOM is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and API integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Healthcare domain experience and knowledge of interoperability best practices.
