About the Role

As a Product Implementation Manager, you will lead the technical deployment, configuration, integration, and go-live of Elsevier healthcare software solutions for health systems and provider organizations. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet technical, business, and clinical requirements while driving successful adoption and value realization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical implementation, configuration, deployment, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support for Elsevier healthcare software solutions.

  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot integrations with customer healthcare systems, EHR platforms, FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR applications, REST integrations, and HL7 v2 interfaces.

  • Translate customer business, clinical, and technical requirements into implementation plans, workflows, solution configurations, and readiness activities.

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customer IT, clinical informatics, interoperability, and operational stakeholders throughout implementation.

  • Partner with Project Management, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to manage risks, resolve issues, improve processes, and drive successful adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare software implementation, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or technical project delivery.

  • Experience implementing enterprise software in healthcare provider, health system, or healthcare technology environments.

  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and technologies, including HL7 v2, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, REST APIs, web services, and healthcare authentication/security frameworks.

  • Experience working directly with customer IT, interoperability, and application teams.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Experience with major EHR ecosystems such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), Meditech, or athenahealth preferred.

  • Experience with integration engines such as Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, or Corepoint is helpful.

  • Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SSO, HIPAA, healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $100,100 - $166,800.If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $104,800 - $174,700.If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $100,100 - $166,800.If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $90,500 - $150,900. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
