Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to restock the mini bar during and after guests’ stays.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for replenishing and maintaining mini bars in the guest rooms, ensuring accurate billing and providing a high level of customer service. This role plays a key part in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring that mini bar items are fresh, stocked and presented neatly in a clean unit.
 

Qualifications


EDUCATION
➢ High school diploma required and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
➢ Basic math and computer skills.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
➢ Heavy push cart
➢ Mini bar refrigerators
➢ Computer
➢ Register
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
➢ Long hours sometimes may be required.
➢ Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force regularly and up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
➢ Ability to lift and carry supplies and walk for extended periods.
MENTAL REQUIREMENT
➢ Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
➢ Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
➢ Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
➢ Must be able to work with and understand financial information and date, and basic arithmetic functions.
