What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect BMW-MINI or Volvo vehicle to fit their lifestyle.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and personalized service.

  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of BMW and MINI vehicles, features, and technology.

  • Manage the full sales process — from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

  • Stay up to date with manufacturer training and dealership standards.

What We’re Looking For:
