The Opportunity:

We are hiring for a Full Time Junior On-site IT Technician to provide technical support and assistance to our employees and warehouse technical assets.

As the technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of Apple devices including Mac Mini, MacBooks, and iPads across our Las Vegas warehouse. You will also assist in troubleshooting and repairing our work stations, which also include label and paper printers. Some remote work assistance for our other facilities may also be required.


In this role you will...
  • Maintain and respond to Jira IT support tickets from the organization as Tier 1 support. Support will comprise of:
  • Basic vendor management related to support needs, such as scheduling call-outs and procurement
  • Assistance with employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide training to employees on how to effectively use our IT systems and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure

Requirements

  • At least one of the following:

    • 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role, or
    • Completed IT hardware studies or certifications, or
    • In progress IT hardware studies at an accredited facility

    All of the following:

    • Strong troubleshooting and IT problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • On-site role in North Las Vegas, NV

    Optional but Advantageous:

    • Experience managing and supporting corporate hardware devices such as laptops, tablets and workstations
    • IT support roles in warehousing environments or logistics companies
    • Experience managing and supporting Apple devices such as Mac Mini, MacBook Pros, and iPads.
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace administration.
    • Spanish language fluency
