Job description

Are you an experienced HVAC Installer seeking stability and a long-term career path? At HVAC Alliance Expert, we understand the value of work-life balance. That's why we provide consistent schedules, steady year-round work, and the flexibility to choose the service area that best suits you.

We are a nationwide HVAC repair company committed to excellence, and we are looking for skilled professionals to join our growing team.

We're looking for an experienced HVAC installer (independent contractor) for mini split installations only.

What we offer:

  • 2 clients per day
  • Installation only - no diagnostics, no sales
  • Equipment is already on site
  • All paperwork is completed
  • Steady work

Your responsibility:

  • Complete the mini split installation
  • Take before & after photos with geo-location
  • That's it - no extra steps

Compensation:

  • fixed price per client
  • Additional materials are paid separately if needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with mini split installations
  • Own vehicle (must be able to travel to customers)
  • Independent contractor
  • Reliable and professional
