NOW HIRING: Experienced HVAC Technician – Commercial (Houston/ Galveston, TX)

Are you an HVAC technician with a sharp skillset and a passion for high-quality installations? Looking for a company that values your craftsmanship and offers room to grow? We’re a leading Retro and New Construction HVAC company in Houston, TX seeking a **seasoned HVAC Technician** with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in advanced commercial and residential systems including ducted, mini-split, and VRF/VRV configurations. If you’re detail-oriented, confident in wiring and schematics, an independent thinker, and ready to be part of a respected, high-performing team – we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • · Install, service, and troubleshoot ducted, mini-split, and VRF/VRV systems
  • · Perform full system installations including copper bending, brazing, and flaring
  • · Wire HVAC systems accurately and interpret complex schematics
  • · Participate in the on-call service rotation for emergency calls
  • · Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and safety regulations
  • · Represent the company professionally at all times on customer sites
  • · Join a tight knit team who has your back
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • · Minimum 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, new techs will not be considered.
  • · Expertise in mini-split, ducted, VRF/VRV, communicating, and 24-volt systems
  • · Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
  • · Strong wiring and startup abilities
  • · EPA Certification (Required)
  • · Own full set of HVAC tools
  • · Willing and able to participate in on-call rotation
  • · Skilled in copper bending, brazing, and flaring
  • · Team player
  • · Maintains professionalism under pressure
  • · Must have and maintain a clean driving record
  • · Must be able to pass a drug screening
  • · Must be able to climb tall ladders
  • · Able to lift 100 lbs.

Preferred Skills

  • · Start-up technician experience
  • · Experience with refrigeration or wine cooling systems or willingness to learn
  • · Residential Experience Preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Wage: $28 – $40/hour (commensurate with experience- preference given to candidates with a minimum of 5+ years residential experience and commercial and/or refrigeration experience)
