Wood Air Conditioning, a trusted name in East Texas for over 20 years, is seeking an HVAC Installer / Helper to help guide our residential installation team and deliver top-quality heating and cooling solutions for homeowners and commercial buildings  in the Mount Pleasant area.

Your Role

  • Work alongside a team of installers on residential & commercial change-outs, replacements, and new system installs
  • Ensure projects are completed with quality, safety, and customer satisfaction as top priorities
  • Train and mentor junior installers, sharing best practices and technical know-how
  • Communicate with homeowners in a professional, customer-friendly manner
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, materials, and work performed
  • Collaborate with the office and project managers to keep schedules on track

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of residential or commercial HVAC installation experience, lead or supervisory role experience is a plus
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and best practices
  • Leadership skills to direct and motivate a team in the field
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
