Job description

SmartHouse has an immediate opportunity for an HVAC technician for residential installation & service
This is a long-term opportunity. It is not our practice to hire for the summer and then lay off!
St. Louis County HVAC Service/Installer or Sheet Metal license are REQUIRED!
Our ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience leading a team for Residential HVAC Installation.
  • Experience installing Variable Capacity AC's & Heat Pumps.
  • Experience installing ductless & ducted mini-split systems.
  • Ability to communicate positively with clients and team members.
  • A positive attitude toward customer interaction.
  • A continuous desire for personal growth and learning.

MUST HAVE:
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • St. Louis County HVAC Service/Installer or Sheetmetal Journeyman License.
  • MUST be able to pass initial and ongoing drug screening.
  • MUST have and maintain a good driving record.
