HVAC Service Technician (Residential + Light Commercial)
Anctil Heating & Cooling | Portland, OR
$27-$35+/hr DOE + Weekly Pay | Take-Home Truck | Full Benefits
Now Hiring: Well-Rounded HVAC Technicians
Anctil Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC technician who can handle both service and installation across residential and light commercial systems.
If you're confident troubleshooting systems and enjoy hands-on install work, this is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing team with consistent year-round work.
What We Offer

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems (residential & light commercial)
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Replace components and complete system upgrades
- Work on split systems, package units, and mini-splits
- Complete service documentation using field software
- Provide professional, customer-focused service
- Participate in an on-call rotation
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of HVAC experience (service + install preferred)
- Experience in both residential and light commercial systems
- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Experience with gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Certifications
- Oregon LEB license
- WA 06A license is a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work in commercial settings (indoor/outdoor environments)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Frequent standing, climbing, kneeling, and working in tight spaces
- Exposure to varying weather conditions
