Job Description

Compensation: Starting at $20.50/hr

Shift Time(s): Shift times can vary from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM

Join our dynamic team as a Mindset Logistics DSP Delivery Driver and become a vital part of our fast-paced, customer-focused delivery operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to our valued customers while providing exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team, utilize your driving skills, work independently, and enjoy the satisfaction of making timely deliveries that keep our community connected. We prioritize safety, professionalism, and a positive attitude in everything we do.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles and other commercial vehicles to deliver packages to residential and business addresses.
  • Load and unload shipments using manual lifting techniques ensuring proper handling of all items.
  • Navigate route driving schedules efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting recipients courteously, answering questions, and ensuring delivery accuracy.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery confirmation records with industry leading technology platforms

Skills

  • Hard physical work
  • 10 hour shifts
  • Full time will only work 4 days per week
  • Required to work at least ONE weekend day
  • Deliver 250-300 packages per day
  • Experience with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs.).
  • Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
Qualifications

As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
