As a member of our remote team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and effective client care. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering vital information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific goals and interventions.
• Collaborate closely with the treatment team to create cohesive and client-centered treatment strategies.
• Utilize tools for crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to ensure client well-being during vulnerable moments.
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clients' records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community and healing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
